Exchange an Item

Before you submit

• You can find your order number by logging in and going to Orders, or by checking your order confirmation email.
• If your order included more than one item, please specify exactly which item you'd like to exchange in the form below.
• Once submitted, our team will review your request and email you with instructions for completing the exchange, usually within 1-2 business days.
• You'll also receive an immediate confirmation email summarizing what you submitted — keep it for your records.
