Refund Policy

Love and care goes into every Edelweiss Collective garment and item. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, we are happy to offer an exchange only within 30 days of purchase date. We do not provide refunds or returns for monetary reimbursement or credit.

Eligibility for Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange:

• The exchange request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags must be attached

Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Personalized or monogrammed items
• Items marked as non-exchangeable at the time of purchase
• Any item showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration
• All hair accessories, underwear and socks due to hygiene reasons

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@edelweissco.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Edelweiss Collective, PO Box 1042, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062 

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
