Shipping Policy

Edelweiss Collective offers flat rate shipping & handling. Choose the service level that is right for you and pay one flat rate. Total delivery time includes the processing time until the order ships, plus the expected shipping time for your order. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 12 noon MST will begin processing the next business day. Please note that Edelweiss Collective is not responsible for any charges upon delivery due to forwarding addresses. Unfortunately, once placed, orders cannot be edited.

Orders can be tracked directly on the courier website with your tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Please allow 24 business hours for tracking numbers to update on the courier’s website after orders ship.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
