Shipping Timeline
We process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
Domestic Shipping
We offer several shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.95 for orders under $50, FREE for orders over $50
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.95
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.95
International Shipping
We ship to select countries around the world. International shipping rates are calculated based on destination and weight at checkout. Typical delivery times range from 10-21 business days depending on the destination.
Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be assessed upon delivery. We are not responsible for customs delays or issues.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take great care to ensure your package arrives safely. However, if your shipment arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately at emilyegooch@gmail.com with photos of the damage (if applicable) and your order number. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at emilyegooch@gmail.com.
